Valbriden, it's much more than just a family breeding of exceptional quality, it's familys animals lovers who have decided to realize their passion, to breed dogs, participate in improving pedigreed dogs and present dogs in dog shows.

Over the years, we have acquired theoric notions from various sources: cynoprofessional, obediency schools and sparse documents in magazines and specialized books.  This theoritical and technical knowledge has permitted us to acquire a certain professional level in the knowledge of genetics and physiology as well as psychological dog behavior.  Nonetheless and overall these acquired skills, we have the sense, the gift or the fantasy to fall into the mood of our dogs, be part of the pack, evolve by learning from them.  The relationship between dogs and humans, children in particular and with other animals is learned, it is not innate or heriditary in spite of genetic influence.  Our puppies are born and raised with a maximum concern for their socialization.  They are in contact  with  children of all ages as well as elderly persons.  They are confronted by various environments and noises such as city living,  the country, public places, crowds etc.  Our high standards for rearing champions are expressed partly by the presentation of our animals at dog shows and also in the selection without compromise when reproducing. We are able to discuss what we know and have experimented and not only what we have learned.  The quality of our breeding is at the core of our concerns, the excellent health and character of our dogs are the results.  The evolution of the race preoccupies us and we therefore are active members of various associations such as the Canadian Canine Club "CKC" and "FCI".

As a breeder, we have done all that is possible to ensure that your new puppy is in good healt at the time of delivery to you.  We don't have any control  on the congenital development but in the genetic point of view our coupling are very selective like we wrote you before.

1. All our dogs result from recognized parents for them excellent temperament and their very good health and skin.  Our dogs live in differents familys with love an good care, and two are in permanence with us.

2. Our dogs result from genetic lineages taken away to assure and improve the race. For that purpose we established international links with breeders of several countries such as: the United States, France, Spain,and the others. The pedigree of some of our dogs states it as well as the history of championship of their parents. We participate to  forum  discussion and our coincidental exchanges allow us to share knowledge and enriching experiences and to evolve mutually in the canine world.

3. Our dogs receive as well very good care. Our veterinarian is excellent and several veterinarians  know our dogs. Every year they are all inoculated including the protection for Bordetella and the Rabies and they are dewormed in regular periods and nobody has parasites or skin problem.  Our dogs are healthy and have makes sure that they them live.

4. Puppies are dewormed in two weeks from the age of 3 weeks. They receive their first vaccine at 7 weeks. They are tatood or microship.
